How do I choose the right ski length for ski mountaineering?
For ski mountaineering, we generally recommend choosing a ski that reaches between your chin and nose. Shorter skis offer better maneuverability in tight couloirs and are lighter for uphill skinning, while longer skis provide more stability at high speeds.
What is the warranty policy on HAGAN skis and bindings?
All HAGAN products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage from impacts, rocks, or improper mounting by non-certified technicians.
Do you offer international shipping for your gear?

Can I return skis if they have already been mounted?
No, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on skis that have been drilled or mounted with bindings, as they are considered permanently altered. We recommend verifying your setup before proceeding with installation.
How should I maintain my HAGAN climbing skins?
To prolong the life of your skins, always dry them at room temperature (away from direct heat) after use. Use skin savers for long-term storage and re-glue them if the adhesive becomes contaminated with dirt or pine needles.
