At HAGAN Ski Mountaineering, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance equipment. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your next tour, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the unused items in their original HAGAN packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and technical manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to HAGAN

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
